The return of France at Prague Quadrennial after fifteen years of absence began with a grand vernissage at the French country pavilion, Microcosm by Philippe Quesne

The French delegation spoke this morning alongside the French Curator and the Director of the Quadrennial. We heard the successive speeches of :

Pavla Petrova - Director of the Prague Quadrennial
Roland Galharague - Ambassador of France to the Czech Republic
Sylviane Tarsot-Gillery - General Director of Artistic Creation - French Ministry of Culture
Gwénola David - Executive Director of ARTCENA
Pierre Buhler - President of the Institut français
and Philippe Quesne - Artistic curator of the French pavilions, with the students of the Ninth school

This historic morning continued with an official visit to the french school pavilion

Contemporary scenography and creation in the spotlight at the French Embassy in the Czech Republic!

To conclude this great return of France to the Quadrennial, the delegation went to the Embassy of France in the Czech Republic where all students of French scenography present in Prague were invited by Mr Ambassador for a reception.
